With extensive experience spanning diverse geographies and industries, Mr. Zilber brings a unique blend of visionary leadership, operational acumen, and cultural adaptability to his role as Chief Operations Officer at RP Energy Fund. Mr. Zilber is recognized for his ability to conceptualize and execute highly profitable initiatives aligned with organizational goals. A self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, he possesses a keen strategic vision and a talent for navigating complex business landscapes. Fluent in Hebrew, French, and English, with conversational Spanish and Portuguese abilities, Mr. Zilber has established relationships with executives and government officials across multiple continents, including the Middle East, Africa, South America, and North America. Mr. Zilber’s career is punctuated by numerous successes, including the turnaround of Jets Investments operations in the Republic of Congo and the seamless acquisition and integration of Shell Rwanda into Kobil Rwanda, leading to profitability within two months. He played a pivotal role in transforming Kobil Ethiopia into a $100M+ organization and strategically aligned Kobil Rwanda’s acquisition strategy with the country’s energy industry interests. Further, Mr. Zilber’s professional journey includes roles such as VP Business Development at Vital Capital Fund, CEO at Jets Investments LTD, and positions at Kenol/Kobil Group of Companies, where he served as General Manager in Ethiopia and Rwanda. His consultancy work has contributed to the advancement of renewable energy and clean-tech initiatives globally, including projects with Clariter SA and Villar Energy Ltd.
Mr. Zilber holds a Master of Business Administration in Finance and Strategy from Tel-Aviv University, complemented by an exchange program at Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Sao-Paulo, Brazil and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Tel-Aviv University.
