RP Energy Fund (RPEF) is an African continent energy fund established to contribute solutions to the lingering supply chain energy gap in Africa. We are motivated by Africa’s endowed vast natural energy resources, particularly hydrocarbons, biofuels, and other alternative sustainable energy sources such as solar and wind generated power.
The fund is domiciled in Mauritius and being registered as a Variable Capital Company (VCC) and later growing to set up feeder points strategically located in Dubai, Singapore, Delaware, and Luxembourg, facilitating its reach and influence across the global energy funding markets.
The RP Energy Fund has three core components with dedicated financial allocations. Component A, the RP Infrastructure Fund, focuses on midstream energy investments for stable long-term returns. Component B, the RP Trade Finance Fund, emphasizes “clean” investments in petroleum trade finance assets, balancing economic and sustainability goals with proven returns and security measures.
Component C, the RP R&D Fund, specializes in energy research and development, particularly in biofuels and alternative sources, driving technological advancements for a cleaner energy future.
