With a proven track record in partnership development, investment identification, and sustainable business management, Ms. Soubrier is dedicated to driving impactful business development initiatives aligned with clean energy and environmental transitions in Africa.

Throughout her career, Ms. Soubrier has demonstrated her capacity to articulate credible winning implementation initiatives that foster partnerships with governmental institutions and private companies.

Ms. Soubrier’s extensive work experience spans various organizations and roles, including serving as an Independent Investment Advisor and Consultant, Africa Business Developer at Kouros Investment in Paris, France, and a Board Member at Powerhive Inc. in both the USA and Kenya. Additionally, she has contributed her expertise to organizations such as InBlue Spiruline, Marge, MyNawiri, Solstice21, Absolute Energy Capital, and Greenmax Capital Group, where she played instrumental roles in business strategy, renewable energy consulting, and agribusiness development.

Ms Soubrier holds a Certificate of Corporate Sustainability from Bocconi University in Rome, an MSc in Global Energy, Climate Policy, and African Economic Development from SOAS, London, UK, and a BA in International Relations and Politics from Kings College, London, UK.
