Mr. Shahed Ahmad Hoolash brings over two decades of comprehensive experience in the financial services sector to his role as a Non-Executive Director of RP Energy Fund.

Currently serving as the Managing Director of Vistra (Mauritius) Limited the third largest fund management and administration in the world with over US$500 Billion assets under management. Mr. Hoolash has demonstrated his proficiency in managing both local and international clients. His tenure in senior management positions at esteemed institutions such as Deutsche Bank Mauritius, where he held roles as Head of Corporate Services and Head of Transaction Management and Client Services, underscores his adeptness in navigating complex business landscapes. With a proactive approach to change and exceptional communication skills.

His key competencies include client acquisition, operational modelling for business processes, talent development, and relationship management. Mr. Hoolash is a qualified member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and holds affiliations with prestigious organizations such as the Association of Trust and Management Companies and the Mauritius Institute of Directors.
